INDOOR GROUP PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Balance exercises with *Runditioning™ featuring the **10-10-10 Balance Challenge
  • Posture exercises
  • Strength exercises using little or no equipment
  • Stretching exercises using the active-isolated method
  • Fall Prevention tips and guidance that you can apply to activities of daily living
  • Classes are held in a fitness studio in Center City Philadelphia

*Runditioning™, is an exercise routine that I created during my 30 years as a professional running coach. What's really interesting is that the exercises apply to all ages and are tailored to all levels of fitness. Runditioning™ is a full-body, low-impact work-out to increase strength and endurance, and improve balance, stability, and posture, which is so important as we age.

**The "10-10-10 Balance Challenge" are 10-exercises, that only take 10-minutes per day, that you do for 10-days. After the 10th day, you progress to another level and repeat. Quite simply, the class is all about standing and walking tall and fall prevention. Note that falls affect over 25% of baby boomers.

OUTDOOR GROUP PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Walking course of 2 to 3 miles
  • Balance exercises featuring Runditioning™ and the 10-10-10 Balance Challenge
  • Posture, strength, and stretching exercises
  • Classes are located in Center City Philadelphia in Rittenhouse Square and Washington Square

PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL RUN COACHING INCLUDES:

  • 4-week session of coaching
  • Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you'd like (3 sessions/12 weeks are suggested)
  • Customized training schedule with workout, pace, distance, location, and heart rate
  • Balance exercises featuring Runditioning™ and the 10-10-10 Balance Challenge
  • Coach's comments at end of each week
  • Two phone coaching meetings (one at start and one at finish of session)
  • Email and text support throughout 4-week session
