PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL RUN COACHING INCLUDES:
- 4-week session of coaching
- Add-on as many 4-week sessions as you’d like (3 sessions/12 weeks are suggested)
- Customized training schedule with workout, pace, distance, location, and heart rate
- Balance exercises featuring the BB Babes 10-10-10 Balance Challenge for Fall Prevention
- Coach’s comments at end of each week
- Two phone coaching meetings (one at start and one at finish of session)
- Email and text support throughout 4-week session
